Ingredients for 4 people:
2 small onions
1 small garlic clove
300 g rice
1 glas of white wine
a pint of bouillon
curry
250 g peas
150 g carrots
150 g decid ham
2 eggs
a bit butter
any oil
tomatos
Preparation of food:
Chop the one onion and roast it with the ham gently. Now chop the second onion and the garlic clove roast both of them gently in a bit oil (the garlic does'nt have to be get brown). Put the rice to the onion and the garlic and raost all of them gently again, deglaze it with the glas of white wine. Give a bit Curry to the pint of Bouillon and douse the rice-onion-mixture with the buillon. If the rice is done put the peas and the sliced carrots to the rice, mix everything and put the mixture in a greased baking dish, now put the roasted onions with ham over the mixture and put the tomato-quarters over the casserole. Whisk the eggs and pour over it, heat up the oven and bake the casserole with good heat for a few minutes (about 5-10).

But we have an english guests-forum here as well, http://www.abc-des-essens.de/forum/board.php?boardid=277 if they wanna post something they can do it over there, give them a bit time, I think some people will be register themselfe here in some days, month, or when ever else
